Drill three 4-inch holes in the 36-inch pipe so their center's are spaced 8 inches apart and aligned. Drill 6 1/8-inch holes through the pipe so they are spaced 4 inches apart and aligned with the centers of the 4-inch holes. The large holes will hold your plants and the smaller holes will hold your sprayer nozzles. Drill a 3/4-inch hole through the pipe on the opposite side of the 4-inch holes so it is 18 inches away from each end. This is the drain hole.
Glue the PVC end caps on to the ends of the pipe and let the glue dry according to the instructions listed on the container. Screw the sprayer nozzles into the 1/8-inch holes so the sprayer heads are on the inside of the pipe. Insert the male adapters into the sprayer nozzles on the outside of the pipe. The other ends of the adapters will be planted in the vinyl tube.
Drill six 1/8-inch holes into the vinyl tube so they are spaced 12 inches apart. Start 1-inch from one end, fold the tube and zip tie off this end. The opposite end will connect to your water pump. Insert the male adapters into these 1/8-inch holes.
Connect the tube to the water pump and place your pump into the reservoir. Fill the reservoir with your nutrient solution and set your pipe on top of the reservoir so the drain hole can drain into it. Turn on the pump and insert your net pots with the plants into the 4-inch holes.
