Measure one cup of sugar and pour it into a bowl.
Add two tablespoons of powdered stevia to the sugar in the mixing bowl. Thoroughly mix the sugar and stevia together with a wooden spoon.
Use the stevia-and-sugar mixture in baking, drink mixes and other dishes that call for sugar.
Gradually cut sugar out completely by adding small amounts of stevia to your dishes and drinks and tasting after each addition to make sure the bitterness isn't too harsh for your taste.
