How to Use Peppermint Oil Around the House

Peppermint oil has many uses, including cooking, baking, medicinal and home utility. Originating from Europe, the modern peppermint herb is a combination of two plants, spearmint and watermint, although the current peppermint plant has stronger medicinal properties than the original plants. Medicinally, peppermint oil may help nausea, increase energy, relieve congestion, and reduce itching. It also has many useful properties around the home.
