How do I Make Mint Tea From Fresh Leaves?

A glass of tea can be a refreshing beverage. You can enjoy a nice glass of hot tea, or pour it over ice to cool off during a hot summer day. The addition of mint to a glass of tea changes the flavor of the tea, and it adds health benefits to it. Mint can soothe the digestive tract and reduce stomachaches. Once you make mint tea, you can add other ingredients to make the tea suit your tastes.
