How Do I Extract Oil From an Olive Leaf?

Making your own olive oil is an attractive idea for gourmet cooks and others with culinary hobbies. Olive oil comes from the olive being cold pressed. However, unless you buy an expensive, professional olive press and have many olive trees, making your own olive oil may not be feasible. The olive leaf produces an extract that is used medicinally. According to the website Advanced Health & Life Extension, "research has demonstrated that olive leaf extract has antimicrobial properties that affect viruses, bacteria, fungus, yeast and protozoa."
