How to Freeze Parsley on a Cookie Sheet

Parsley is a herb that can add a fresh flavor to soups, stews, and other dishes. If you have an abundance of fresh parsley and would like to freeze it, you can do so using a method that involves a cookie sheet. This will allow you to add the flavor of parsley to dishes whenever you choose without the pressure of using it all before it goes bad. Keep in mind that fresh parsley should only be used in cooking and not as garnishes, as the parsley will appear wilted after it thaws.
