- 1 cup hulled sunflower seeds
- 2 tbsp. oil
- Bowl
- Cookie sheet
- Long-handled spoon
- Salt, garlic or onion powder

Preheat the oven to 300 degrees Fahrenheit. Place 1 cup of hulled sunflower seeds in a bowl.

Add 2 tbsp. oil to the bowl and stir with a long-handled spoon to coat the seeds. You can use olive oil, peanut oil or any type of cooking oil desired.

Spread the sunflower seeds on a cookie sheet, evenly in a single layer.

Place the cookie sheet in the oven for five to 10 minutes, stirring the seeds every couple of minutes, until they are golden brown.

Remove the seeds from the oven and sprinkle them with salt, garlic, onion powder or any other seasoning you like.
