# How to Make a Round Strawberry Bed
Strawberries are the darling of the home gardener, providing both an attractive plant and delicious fruit. A round strawberry bed is an attractive garden addition, especially if you tier it creating a round strawberry pyramid. This kind of planting bed allows more plants to grow than does a single-level bed. The strawberry plants also benefit from being off the ground.

- Shovel
- Level
- Flexible lawn edging, 6-inch height
- Connector clips
- Potting soil

Level out a 36-inch diameter circular area in the garden.

Bend a piece of flexible lawn edging into a 36-inch diameter circle, connecting the ends with lawn edging connector clips.

Place the edging ring onto the leveled ground and fill the edging ring’s interior with potting soil.

Bend a second piece of edging into a 24-inch diameter circle, place it centered on top of the soil in the 36-inch circle and fill with potting soil

Make a 16-inch and 8-inch edging ring, so you have a round pyramid strawberry bed, four tiers tall.
