How to Vacuum Pack Fresh Parsley

Parsley is an herb used in a variety of dishes as a garnish and is often combined with vegetables during cooking to impart its flavor. Growing parsley in the home garden gives you as much parsley as you'd ever need, perhaps even more. Although you can air dry your parsley for later use, preserving parsley fresh will give you a better taste at cooking time. A vacuum sealer can preserve parsley so that it tastes fresh when used.
