Watch the grape vines carefully for the first signs of flowers. Once the vine produces flowers, wait an additional seven to 10 days until the first signs of fruit form. The length of each vine shoot should be between 2 and 5 inches.
Pour the gibberellic acid into a garden sprayer and dilute it with water in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions. Make sure that you follow the proper amounts for your size grapevine, as too much gibberellic acid can retard fruit production.
Spray the grape vines with the garden sprayer focusing mainly on the tiny grape buds along the vine. Make sure that the grape buds are thoroughly covered.
Wait one week, then apply gibberellic acid in the same manner and concentration as the first time.
