Types of Purple Seedless Grapes

Purple seedless grapes range in color from a light purple to an almost black fruit with a whitish cast or bloom. Dark grapes contain a high concentration of anthocyanins --- antioxidants that promote good health. Whether eaten fresh, drunk in juice form or dried into raisins, purple seedless grapes make a good choice for making jams, jellies or wine.
