How to Mow Wildflowers

Wildflowers are colorful, vibrant flowers that grow with little to no maintenance. If you are growing large areas of wildflowers, such as in a meadow or part of your garden, one beneficial component of your annual maintenance involves mowing the flowers. This keeps down any weeds that grow faster than the wildflowers as well as rejuvenates the flowers themselves. Once you mow the wildflowers, their seeds will have a better chance of germinating.
