How to Grow Wave Petunias

Wave petunias are a beautiful addition to any landscape. The wave petunia differs from a standard petunia in several ways. Wave petunias are covered in 2-inch blooms in a variety of colors. They can grow up to 4 feet in just a few weeks. They are more heat-resistant, cold-tolerant and less likely to succumb to disease than traditional petunias. They are easy to grow and don't require a lot of deadheading. They also bounce back from heavy rains without problem. They grow well as groundcovers, in beds, hanging baskets or other containers. All these things make them an excellent choice for planting.
