Instructions

    • 1

Pour 1 qt. of pineapple juice into the blender. Select any type of pineapple juice you prefer, but 100 percent pure pineapple juice with a little bit of fruit pulp in it is delicious.

    • 2

Pour in the apricot nectar. Fruit nectars are thick and sometimes have fruit pulp, but there are also canned varieties that are pulp free, if you prefer.

    • 3

Pour in a cup of crushed ice. This adds a slightly slushy texture to your punch, while keeping it chilled and refreshing. Cover the blender and hit the standard blend setting on your model. Blend the contents for approximately one full minute.

    • 4

Pour the finished apricot--pineapple punch into a punchbowl or serving pitcher.
