How to Freeze Wheatgrass Juice

Wheatgrass juice is a dietary supplement. A close relative of the common wheat plant, wheatgrass is well known for its abilities to rejuvenate and energize. The Internet Health Library notes that the best to way to absorb its beneficial vitamins and minerals is by extracting the juice. While wheatgrass juice is best consumed fresh out of a juicer, frozen wheatgrass juice offers some of the same vitamins with added convenience. Exposure to air decreases the health benefits of wheatgrass, so juice and freeze it immediately after harvesting.
