Place six silk orchid branches upright on a flat, hard working surface next to your vase of choice. The flowers on the branches should be at least 2 inches above the top of the vase.
Cut 1 inch from the bottom of three of the branches.
Place enough silk greenery into the vase to fill it half way.
Place the silk orchids into the vase.
Use your fingers to move the flowers around so the three shorter pieces are in front and the three longer pieces are in the back. The greenery should hold everything in place and fill space on the sides and between the orchid branches.
Use heavy shears to cut away any leaves or flowers that stick out of place to disrupt the balance of the arrangement.
