How to Plant Muscari in Pots

The two most common species of muscari are Muscari botryoides and Muscari armeniacum. Both are also known as grape hyacinth and have common features and needs. Grape hyacinth boasts tiny, blue, bell-shaped flowers that trail in clusters down the plant's stem. The plant's grape-like scent earned it the name "muscari," which is Greek for "musk." Suitable for planting in outdoor beds or pots kept inside or outside, muscari requires plenty of sun.
