Honda Big Red

• Honda builds its Big Red multipurpose vehicle to its usual standards of quality, meaning you'll have a tough time breaking this one. Available with four-wheel drive and powered by Honda's 675 cc single-cylinder engine, the Big Red has a 1,500-lb. towing capacity and a 1,000-lb. payload capacity. The Big Red's automatic transmission offers three modes: two-wheel drive, four-wheel drive and four-wheel drive locked. Color options for the Big Red include red, camouflage and olive.

Yamaha Rhino 700 Fuel Injected

• The Yamaha Rhino 700 is a fuel-injected multiple-purpose vehicle equally at home on the trail and farm. Based on the popular 686 cc Yamaha single overhead camshaft engine, the Rhino comes with a four-wheel drive system that features a three-position differential. You can select between two-wheel drive, four-wheel drive and four-wheel drive locked depending on the terrain. The Rhino has a towing capacity of 1,212 lbs. and a bed capacity of 400 lbs. It comes in either red or hunter green bodywork colors.

New Holland Rustler

• New Holland's line of Rustler utility vehicles trumps some other makers in the sheer number of available configurations. While some other utility vehicles come configured only as side-by-side two-passenger models, the Rustler comes in both two- and four person configurations in three different models. All run on New Holland engines, the largest being the 719 cc triple-cylinder engine on the Rustler 120 series. Kubota RTV Series

• Kubota offers four RTV models with varying power train layouts and seating capacities to meet the needs of practically any user. The smallest Kubota RTV is the RTV500, a four-wheel-drive utility vehicle that carries two passengers and can tow as much as 1,102 lbs. The largest capacity vehicle, the RTV1140CPX, can tow as much as 1,300 lbs. These vehicles feature lever-engaged four-wheel drive.
