Tile Drain Installation

Installing drain tile around the foundation of your house keeps water from flooding into your basement. When the grading around your home directs water toward the foundation, you will certainly end up with a wet basement. Drain tile directs water away from the foundation of your home and keeps your basement dry. Because a drain tile system functions on gravity, it is important to slope the tile and water run off away from your house. Use pre-drilled PVC piping as a conduit for the water run off. This project is labor intensive; you may want to ask a friend to assist you.
