Cut a piece of foam core or cardboard in to a square or circle the size you need.
Crumple aluminum foil and straighten it out so it has tiny creases throughout. Cover one side of the foam core or cardboard completely with the crumpled foil.
Secure the foil to the foam core or cardboard by pulling it over the edges and taping it.
Adjust the musician's stand to be straight and remove its top. Clip the foam core or cardboard with the clamp to the top of the stand to use as an outdoor landscape light reflector. You can also place the reflector at the location of your choice without using a musician's stand.
Aim the reflector at a 45-degree angle toward the sun and the landscape during the day to reflect light. At night, you can aim it at a 45-degree angle toward a nearby night lamp and the landscape.
