Instructions

    • 1

Mark the boundaries of the area where you'll be installing the gravel and pavers with a can of marking paint.

    • 2

Excavate the area you've marked to a depth of four inches by digging it our with a shovel. Place the dirt in a wheelbarrow as you proceed for easier disposal.

    • 3

Cover the bottom of the dug-out area with landscape cloth, to inhibit the growth of weeds and slow erosion. Cut the landscape cloth to fit with a utility knife, and overlap separate pieces of cloth by several inches.

    • 4

Fill the area to a depth of two inches with landscaping gravel. Rake the gravel smooth.

    • 5

Place your pavers into the gravel in the pattern you desire. Fill the areas around the pavers with additional gravel to complete the gravel and pavers landscaping.
