How to Build a Limestone Path

      Mark the location of your limestone path using a long piece of string on either side.

      Lay out each limestone where you want it to be on the pathway. Cut out a pattern for each using a trowel.

      Dig the areas you marked with your trowel to the same depth as the limestone you plan to install using a shovel.

      Spread a layer of sand into each hole and even it out with your trowel.

      Set the pieces of limestone into each hole you cut out to complete the path. The limestone will settle in more when people use the path.
