• Lane Forestry sells planting soil, soil amendments and fertilizers. The company will deliver soil orders by the yard and customers may request a specific blend of soil types. The soil amendments are nutrient rich additives that come from organic compost. The fertilizer choices are either Wilbur-Ellis brand or Lane Forestry mixtures. Although the company does sell various flowers and trees in its yard, sod is one of the most heavily stocked products. The company will deliver large orders of sod if requested.

Rock and Stone

• Lane Forest supplies natural rock and manufactured stone. The natural rock includes small gravel, flagstone, decorative stone and ledge stone. The flagstone, decorative stone and ledge stone goes into building walls, steps and floors. The stone has indoor and outdoor applications but it is primarily for outdoor construction and fire place construction. The manufactured stone is symmetrical and stained to specific colors. The stone is for steps, walls and patio construction. It has all of the same qualities of natural stone but it is slightly altered for square building styles.

Landscaping Supplies

• Landscaping supplies from Lane Forestry includes natural ground cover like bark, mulch, wood chips and plant fiber. The material is for decorative purposes, planting purposes and as a form of weed control. Lane Forestry delivers the material by the yard and customers have the option for pickup in the yard. In addition to the ground cover delivery, Lane Forestry will plant grass seed and consult with you about your landscaping projects.

Equestrian

• Lane Forestry supplies bedding materials for horses. The company will deliver and dump the material directly into the barn or stall if the clearance is 12 feet high and 20 feet wide. The bedding types in cedar shavings, fir shavings and sawdust from Douglas Fir. The company also supplies various types of hog fuel for mud control in riding arenas. The hog fuel absorbs and distributes moisture while providing traction. Hog fuel consists of wood chips and organic mulch.
