  • Polyvinyl chloride (PVC) male adapter threaded on one side and a slip joint on the other

Instructions

      Dry fit the male adapter to the PVC pipe for good fit. If needed lightly sand the PVC pipe to allow the PVC fitting to fit snug.

      Glue the male adapter to the PVC pipe using the PVC glue, work quickly since the glue dries fast. Follow the glue manufacturer for dry times. Ensure that the adapter is facing the direction needed before it dries.

      Connect the drip system by screwing it into the male adapter by hand, then with an adjustable wrench to finish tightening.

      Turn on the water carefully and pressure test the system, watching for leaks.
