Snap a chalk line on the concrete to mark the fence line.
Trace the outline of the fence posts onto the concrete where they will be installed, placing the outer edge flush against the chalk line. Space the posts using the width of the fence panels as a guide, or follow the manufacturer's instructions regarding spacing (if provided).
Drill two holes 1/2-inch thick into the concrete diagonally across from each other in the corners of each fence post. Use a hammer drill, and dig 4 inches deep into the concrete.
Cut pieces of 1/2-inch rebar to fit between the bottom of the holes in the ground and the bottom edge of the hole for the top rail in the fence post.
Apply epoxy to the ends of the rebar that are going into the concrete, and place the rebar into the holes. Drive the rebar into the concrete with a sledgehammer if you're having difficulty. Slide the posts over the rebar and place them flat against the concrete.
Mix concrete for the posts, following the manufacturer's instructions.
Pour the concrete into the fence posts until it's just below the bottom edge of the top rail. Allow the concrete to set for the time specified by the manufacturer.
Install the brackets for the fence panels onto the posts, following the manufacturer's instructions for the posts you purchased.
Slide the fence panels into the brackets and screw them into place.
Apply vinyl adhesive to the post caps and slide them onto the fence posts.
Install the gate for the fence, following the manufacturer's instructions.
