Apply extra strength paint remover to a wire brush.

Scrub the wall, using the wire brush, covering every spot where the graffiti is located.

Allow the pain remover to set for 10 to 15 minutes after you have scrubbed every part that has graffiti. This gives the paint remover time to activate.

Rinse off the wall, using a hose to give a forceful blast of water.
