How to Get Rid of Calcium Deposits on Windows

Water that has a relatively high concentration of minerals such as calcium and magnesium is often referred to as hard water. The minerals in hard water react with chemicals in the environment to form deposits. You may find these hazy white deposits on your windows from time to time. Clean calcium deposits by using an acid-based cleaner that will dissolve this type of residue. Use gentle, inexpensive household cleaners to do the job.
