How to Remove Iron & Rust Stains in Tubs Naturally

Many homeowners think the cause of rust stains in bathtubs is due to the tub itself, but most times the iron and rust stains come from the water. The amount of iron present in the water depends largely on the area in which you live and whether or not you use a water filtration system. Iron deposits stick to the surface of the tub, especially near the faucet or drain, and remain wet. Water in combination with iron causes the iron to oxidize and turn the iron deposits into rust stains. Natural preparations remove the rust stains without endangering water supplies and the person cleaning the tub.
