How to Remove a Whipped Cream Stain From a Cotton Shirt

Whipped cream is a milk-based product that can leave oily stains on cotton fabric. If left untreated, the cream can harden within your cotton shirt and become very tough to remove. Get to the stain as soon as possible to minimize cleanup.

• Microfiber cloth
• Clean toothbrush
• Mild soap
• Pre-wash stain remover

     Dampen a microfiber cloth and wipe up as much whipped cream as possible.

     Run the stained area of the shirt under cold water to rinse out most of the whipped cream.

     Dispense a small drop of mild dish soap onto the stain and rub it in gently using a clean toothbrush. Rinse out the soap completely.

     Apply a pre-wash stain remover to any remaining whipped cream and launder the shirt as normal.
