How to Remove Stains From an Acrylic Shower Base

Acrylic is the go to material for newly constructed homes because it is more durable than fiberglass and cheaper than glass. But whether installed in sheet or tile form, acrylic is prone to scratches, stains and clouding. You will have to put in a little extra effort and patience into maintaining your acrylic surfaces -- more elbow grease and frequent cleaning -- because abrasive sponges and strong cleaning products can damage the surface.
