How to Clean Baked-on Grease on a Flat Stove Top

Baked-on grease is enough to make any cook growl in frustration. If you have a flat top stove, your appliance is probably usually easy to clean. However, when oily substances become hot from the burners and aren't cleaned right away, they often create a hard residue on the cooktop. Remove burned-on grease from your flat top stove by using cleaning products that will cut through the residue without damaging the surface of your stove.
