Combine 3/4 cup of chlorine bleach with 1 gallon of warm water.
Dip a soft-bristle brush into the diluted chlorine bleach.
Scrub on the tile grout to remove the soap scum stains.
Let the bleach solution sit on the grout stain for 10 minutes.
Scrub on the grout area again. Rinse the tile grout with clean water.
Combine 1 cup table salt, 1 cup baking soda and 1 cup of white vinegar into a bowl to create a paste.
Apply the paste to the tile grout with a washcloth.
Scrub on the tile grout with an old toothbrush.
Allow the baking soda paste to sit for five to 10 minutes.
Rinse the grout with clean water.
Fill a clean spray bottle or bowl with undiluted white vinegar.
Spray the vinegar onto the bathroom tile grout. Apply the vinegar onto the grout with a washcloth if you do not have a spray bottle.
Scrub on the grout with an old toothbrush or nonabrasive sponge.
Rinse the grout with clean water.
Mix 1/2 cup white vinegar, 1/4 cup borax and 1/2 cup of ammonia in a bucket with 1 gallon of warm water.
Apply the solution to the tile grout with a nonabrasive sponge.
Scrub on the tile grout to remove the soap scum.
Rinse the grout with clean water.
