Instructions

    • 1

Boil water in a kettle. Squeeze a drop of dish soap into a bowl. Pour the boiling water into the bowl and mix in the dish soap with a spoon, to make sure the chemicals are well distributed. The dish soap will attach itself to the sticky chemicals in the Gummy Bears and thereby help remove the bears from the carpet.

Dip the sponge in the bowl of boiling soapy water. Squeeze most of the excess water out of the sponge. Press the sponge on the Gummy Bear. The boiling water will melt the gelatin in the Gummy Bear, making it possible to dab up the majority of the sticky goop.

Rinse the sponge in the boiling water. Rub up the remainder of the Gummy Bear from the carpet. If any of the Gummy Bear remains, squeeze a little of the soapy water onto the carpet and rub this in. Pat the carpet dry with a towel or leave it to dry naturally.
