How to Clean Burnt Milk Off a Glass-Top Burner

If you've ever cooked a milk-based dish on your stove top, only to see it overflow and burn, you know the frustration of having to deal with the stain. Glass-top burners don't trap food and debris like coil burners do, so cleaning them is fairly easy. But you have to be careful so that you don't damage the surface of the cooktop. Remove burnt milk from a glass top burner by using cleaning methods that are safe for this type of surface.

    • 2

Add baking soda slowly, mixing it until you form a smooth paste.
