How to Get Orange Oil Out of Couch Fabric

Orange oil, also known as D-limonene, is product made from the oils found in orange and other citrus peels. Among its many applications, it is used polish and condition wood and to help remove grease from various surfaces. Some types of cleaners that contain orange oil are also safe to use on clothes, carpets and upholstery, including sofas. However, no sofa or orange oil product is the same, which is why you should test any cleaning products you use on your sofa in an inconspicuous area first. If you used too much orange oil, spilled it or the orange oil altered the color of your couch fabric, act as soon as possible when it will be easier to remove.
