Instructions

    • 1

Place the coat into a freezer for at least three hours. Freezing the coat will make the paint stain harden, which will make it easier to scrape off.

    • 2

Remove the coat from the freezer.

    • 3

Scrape off as much of the puffy paint as possible. Use a dull butter knife to do the scraping.

    • 4

Pour 1/2 cup of liquid dish detergent in a small bowl.

    • 5

Add 1/4 cup of lukewarm water to the small bowl. Use a spoon to swish the mixture around to form a layer of foam.

    • 6

Dip a clean sponge into the foam. Ensure the sponge picks up just the foam and not the water.

    • 7

Pat the foamy sponge onto any remaining paint residue. Blot away stains.

    • 8

Allow the coat to dry completely.

    • 9

Brush the recently cleaned area with a suede brush to restore the pattern of the suede.
