Lay the Super Glue-stained satin fabric on a flat surface. Wet a cotton swab with nail polish remover. Soak the glue stain with the nail polish remover by rubbing the cotton swab over it. Allow the nail polish remover to remain on the fabric for three to five minutes.
Scrape softened Super Glue gently off the satin with your fingernail. Repeat Steps 1 and 2 to remove as much of the glue substance as possible.
Soak the satin fabric in a bucket with warm water and a quarter-sized amount of laundry detergent. Let the soapy water further soften the remaining Super Glue as the satin soaks for 10 to 15 minutes. Rinse the fabric, and wring out excess moisture.
Remove the last traces of the Super Glue by spraying the stain with a silicone-based spray, similar to those used to treat squeaky door hinges. Gently rub the silicone spray into the Super Glue residue to soften it.
Launder the satin fabric in warm water with laundry detergent. If any Super Glue stain remains after washing, repeat these steps to remove it.
