How to Make Scented Ironing Water

A crisp, freshly ironed shirt or set of bed sheets is a pleasure to have against your skin. When using the "Steam" setting to iron, fabric is made smooth and crisp without the need for stiff starches. Scented ironing water, also referred to as linen water, contributes the addition of fragrance to your clothing and linens. Fragrance-infused ironing water can be made at home to add the simple pleasure of soothing smell to your fabrics.
