Wine spills are prevalent at events where people are drinking alcohol. Bumping into someone while holding a glass of red wine causes it to splash and spill onto your clothing. Although all wine spills are unsightly, red wine tends to leave bold red stains on clothing. Red wine spills are especially distinct on white fabrics, including polyester. The longer red wine remains on polyester, the harder it is to remove. Promptly remove red wine stains from white polyester to restore its appearance.
