Ralph Lauren Feather Bed Cleaning Instructions

Take your Ralph Lauren feather bed to a laundromat with large washing machines, as you do not want it to become compressed during washing. Place it in the largest machine available. Select a cold wash and rinse, and add only a capful of gentle, liquid laundry soap.

Ensure the Ralph Lauren feather bed is rinsed thoroughly. When the cycle ends, put the feather bed through another complete cold wash and cold rinse cycle. Do not add any soap. Spin the feather bed at least three times to extract as much moisture as possible.

Move the Ralph Lauren feather bed from the large washing machine to a large tumble dryer. Select only a moderate heat. Put the feather bed through several drying cycles to ensure it is completely dry. When you get home, air the feather bed outside to continue the drying and freshening process.

Fluff up the feather bed once it is completely dry. Do this by laying it on top of your mattress and shaking it thoroughly, with the help of another person if possible. Repeat this several times to de-clump any feathers which have stuck together. Once you've finished, your feather bed should look like new.
