How to Get a Smoke Smell Out of Clothing that Is Only Dry Cleanable

When attending an event where some of the guests smoke, you will inevitably bring the smoky smell home with you on your clothing. If the clothes are washable, you can simply throw them in the washing machine. Yet, if they are dry clean only, sending them to the dry cleaners after each time you are around smokers can be costly. One option is to air the clothes out in the sunshine and expose them to fresh air. While that often works, the sunshine can fade the clothing. Another option is to bring out the vinegar.
