When a hard metal, plastic or rubber surface grinds against a hard, flat surface, it can create a scuff mark. Scuff marks are unsightly and especially noticeable if they are marking up your countertop. Even though a damp paper towel isn't going to do the trick to remove a scuff mark from your countertop, it's not necessary to invest in any special cleaning formulas or chemicals. Instead, you can use a simple method that harnesses the abrasive cleaning power of non-gel toothpaste.
- Non-gel toothpaste
- Scrub brush
- Soft cloth
