Mix a quarter cup of baking soda and a cup of vinegar in a jar. The solution will immediately begin fizzing. When it does, pour it into the toilet bowl.

Allow the solution to sit in the bowl until the reaction (the fizzing) ceases.

    • 3

Dampen your toilet brush under the sink and coat with baking soda. Scrub the inside of the toilet bowl with the brush to remove the stains. Flush the toilet to rinse.

Mix borax and lemon juice together until a paste is formed. Use this paste to work to scrub the inside of the toilet bowl with the toilet brush. This helps to remove stains as well as provide a pleasant scent. Flush the toilet to rinse.
