Wipe dirt and grit off the bottom of your shoes to prepare the surface. Use a dry paper towel to dust off the soles.
Spray the soles of your shoes with all-purpose cleaner to remove stains or dirt that will prevent an adhesive back from sticking.
Clean the bottoms of your shoes with paper towels.
Turn your shoes upside-down and set them on a towel. Allow the soles to air-dry for one hour.
Peel the backing off the adhesive on the sole protectors. Apply the sole protectors to the heels and soles of your shoes according to manufacturer's instructions. Smooth the sole protectors out before pressing them firmly against the sole and heel. Wait five minutes before wearing your shoes.
