Flush the toilet so the bowl is wet.
Pour powdered orange juice or lemonade drink mix directly into the bowl and on the stains.
Allow the citric acid in the mix to oxidize the stains overnight. In the morning, flush the toilet and the stains should disappear.
Pour 1/2 cup distilled white vinegar in a spray bottle.

Dip the old toothbrush into the paste on the towel and scrub the stains with the brush, using the toothpaste as a cleanser. The toothpaste works on stubborn stains, and the minty smell will leave a fresh fragrance after you flush the toilet.
Pour 1/2 cup baking soda into the bowl.
Flush the toilet so the bowl is wet.
Pour a portion of the baking soda onto the toilet brush and scrub the stains. The baking soda will mix with the water to create a paste. Continue dipping the brush in the baking soda and scrub the remainder of the stains.
Allow the baking soda to work on the stains overnight. Flush the toilet in the morning.
