# DIY Lampe Berger Oil
Lampe Berger oil lamps are a fragrant way to freshen up your home or office. These lamps are designed to slowly burn essential oils and release long-lasting bursts of fragrance throughout the entire room. You can make your own fragrance oils for your Lampe Berger in a matter of minutes. This project allows you to explore new fragrance combinations.
Things You'll Need
- 16-oz. bottle of 91 percent isopropyl alcohol
- Fragrance oil or essential oil
- Small containers or bottles with tight fitting lids
- Eye dropper
- Labels

Remove the cap from the bottle of isopropyl alcohol.

Use an eyedropper to add 10 to 12 drops of your favorite fragrance or essential oil to the alcohol bottle. Get creative and experiment with different oil combinations, but do not exceed 10 to 12 drops per 16 fl. oz.

Replace the cap tightly and shake the bottle gently to blend the contents together.

Pour the Lampe Berger oil into a small container or bottle with a tight lid, or simply leave the oil in the alcohol bottle.

Affix a label on the bottle or container to help identify the type of fragrance. Store the container of oil in a cool, dark location when not in use.
