How to Get a Tea Stain Off a Kitchen Countertop

Tea is a soothing drink that can help you ease into the day or wash the day's stresses away. Instructions

    • 1

Mix baking soda and water in a bowl so it becomes a paste.

    • 2

Dip a rag into the paste and rub the paste onto the stain area. Use some elbow grease to work the paste into the stain.

    • 3

Rinse the rag and wipe the stain area down with it.

    • 4

Pour bleach onto a rag and rub any spots of the counter that still have stains. Rinse the rag after the stain disappears and apply a teaspoon of dishwashing soap to it. Wash the area with the soapy rag and rinse the countertop immediately so the bleach doesn't fade the countertop.
