How to Make a Chandelier Cupcake Stand

A chandelier cupcake stand holds cupcakes on on tiered levels, presenting the pastries attractively and allowing more cupcakes to be kept on the table. If you have an elegant party coming up, or you simply want to display your pastries more professionally in your own home, make your own chandelier cupcake stand out of terracotta flower pots.
