How to Make a Mirror for an Inside Shower Wall

A small mirror installed on the shower wall is an excellent and handy item for people who shave while they shower. While hanging a mirror in the shower can cause injury if the mirror ever falls and breaks, gluing a mirror to the inside shower wall gives you a permanent solution to this problem. Glue a small mirror to the inside of your shower wall, allowing you to get through your morning with just a little more speed.

Instructions

    • 1

Position your mirror where you want it on the shower wall and mark the spot with washable marker.

    • 2

Apply mirror adhesive to the back of the mirror, using small dots or lines that cover the back of the mirror thoroughly. Mirror adhesive is the best option for this job, because it will not remove the silvering at the back of the mirror.

    • 3

Press the mirror to the position that you marked on the shower wall.

    • 4

Hold the mirror in place for 3 to 5 minutes, or however long is indicated by the mirror adhesive's instructions.

    • 5

Allow the mirror adhesive to cure for the next 24 hours. Do not use the shower in this time.
