- 1 new pair men’s tube socks
- Funnel
- 3 cups rice
- 5 drops lavender oil
- Needle and thread
- 4 Velcro stick-on dots
- Microwave oven

Insert the funnel in the tube sock opening. Pour in the rice until the sock is almost full, leaving 2 inches of the sock length unfilled near the opening. Add 5 drops lavender oil.

Stitch the tube sock opening closed with a needle and thread.

Insert the rice filled sock into the other tube sock, hand-seamed sock end first. Press the Velcro stick-on dots on the inside opening of the outer tube sock.

Close the outer sock with the Velcro dots.

Heat the therapeutic neck pillow in the microwave oven for 2 minutes on "high." Wrap the pillow around your neck.
